The next step to gaining a Florida state mortgage broker license is to take the final exam. This exam is put in place by the state of Florida. You need to pass it in order to get your license. That is how important this actually is. When you pass, you can then by your license. Failing the test will prevent you from getting the Florida state mortgage broker license, but don't worry.
